Our history / Golden Legacy Partners

Built from a shared standard.

What began as conversations among Notre Dame teammates became a real estate investment and operating company rooted in South Bend. Our history is a record of building the team and capabilities behind each new opportunity.

The beginning

Before there was a firm, there was a team.

The first conversations about Golden Legacy took place after football practice at Notre Dame. Josh Lugg, Tommy Kraemer, Liam Eichenberg, Cole Mabry, and Ian Book kept returning to the same question: what could they build together after the game?

In February 2023, Josh and Tommy founded Golden Legacy Partners. They brought a shared standard of preparation, accountability, and teamwork to the real estate business. The company expanded from investment into brokerage, management, construction, and property operations.
