About Me

Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and raised just outside of Nashville, Cole Mabry comes from a strong football lineage—his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father all played collegiate football. He continued the family tradition as an offensive lineman at Brentwood High School and later at the University of Notre Dame. Following a neck injury that led to a medical retirement, he remained involved with the team by helping coach the offensive line.

Cole graduated from Notre Dame with a degree in Management and was part of one of the first classes to earn a minor from the Fitzgerald Institute of Real Estate. After graduation, he returned to Nashville and began his professional career with The Kirkland Company as a multifamily broker, covering Louisiana markets.

After a season of prayer and reflection, he felt called to return to South Bend to join former teammates and roommates on the principal side of real estate. He now serves as Chief Investment Officer at Golden Legacy, where he leads the effort in identifying new acquisitions and building lasting professional relationships.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys hunting, spending time outdoors, and attending concerts. He has a chocolate lab named Jinks—named after country artist Cody Jinks—and is an active member of Gospel City Church in Granger, Indiana, where he’s deeply connected to the local community.
