About Me

Josh Lugg is a real estate operator with a background in development, investment, and analytics. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in Business Administration, concentrating in finance and real estate. He began his career in 2020 at Three Leaf Partners, working on multifamily development and construction management in South Bend and Milwaukee. The role provided direct exposure to project execution, underwriting, and market-driven decision frameworks.

He returned to Notre Dame to complete a MS in Business Analytics in 2023. The program built the quantitative base he uses for valuation, data modeling, and operational strategy across Golden Legacy and the firm’s direct investments.

After his collegiate and professional football career, including time with the Chicago Bears, he co-founded Golden Legacy Partners. His work centers on investment strategy, mixed-use and multifamily redevelopment, and the integration of analytics into acquisition and asset-management processes.

Outside of work he spends time hunting, working on home renovation projects, and playing Euchre.
